We have a good linkages with all the governments departments and other agencies working in the area. This is about cross learning between the departments. Representing the values, commitments of the organization. The chain is always in rotation. It also represents the teamwork of the team, who work closely together. We can also see how many of the meetings, most the communication, takes place in a circle. So there are different sizes of circles in our work.

We hope and aim for our approach to be about togetherness.

This means both internal togetherness, we are together in solidarity; and we want to see a society where there is togetherness and solidarity, where everybody is together and our fates are linked.
